Hindi Department Established in the  year 1997.M.A. Hindi also started in those years. At that time we had Meher Pathrikar as a Principal and other teachers work as staff of Hindi Department. Other staff consisted of Prof. Sarla Rathi, Mr.Gaikwad, Mr.Rode, Mr.Rabdade,Mr Shaikh Sharfuddin,etc. can be included.  Hindi department is growing day-by-day. Number of students also increased. many student  got a Gold medal in Third Year B.A. examination.

Further Dr. Pratibha Dharasurkar and Shri. Sharfuddin Shaikh were designated as regular teaching staff of college. Students were interested in doing M.Phil and P.hd. Some of the students were doing B.Ed and some of them are working as Jr. lecturer in the college. Shri. Muktar Pathan who studied in this college has been working as Jr. lecturer in the same college. Shri. Firoz Pathan has competed his M.Phil and has started doing P.hd. This is all about Hindi Department. How the students of this department should be narrated below:

• Should have clear pronunciation.
• Should have the ability to speak as well as to participate in group discussion.
• Should  have ability to clear an interview in any office, school, colleges, government offices, etc. to earn their livelihood.
• Should know to handle electronic and print media.
